Chromium Plating Vats
These chromium plating vats are constructed of mild steel lined inside with antimonial lead, all seams lead burnt. The fume extraction system consists of two m.s. double ductings running along the long sides of the vat terminating in a condensing chamber is filtted with m.s. exhaust fan mounted on the fabricated stand of suitable height.
The tank is equipped with anode and cathode rods, cross connecting rods, necessary brass connections and wooden frame with insulators.

Vats for Hard Chrome Plating
Vats for hard chrome plating are similar in appearance to the vats employed for decorative works except they are fitted with one, two or three lead agitating coils.
The anode and cathode rods may be also slightly to suit the type of articles being treated.

Sulphuric Acid Anodising Tanks
Tanks for sulphuric acid anodizing consists of mild vats lined inside with chemically pure lead, all seams lead burnt.
The tank car, be equipped for cooling by means of arrangement consists of lead coils mounted on the sides of the vat. Lead agitation coils are fitted along the bottom of the tanks to prevent local over heating of the electrolyte.
With anodizing and this comprises plastic double ductings with condensing chamber coupled to plastic exhaust similar to chrome vat.
