Horizontal & Oblique Polishing Barrel

This horizontal polishing barrel is for de-burring and finishing operations of small articles, made of metal, plastic, ebonite and wood. This machine is carefully designed to suite the demands of your job and your production volume.

This heavy duty horizontal polishing barrel, as illustrated, is of robust construction of mild steel frames of channel sections coupled together on a rigid mild steel base frame, with stout tie bars. The barrel is driven by 'Vee' belts by reduction gear-box coupled to electric motor are mounted; is hinged to adjust the tension of the 'Vee' belts.

Alternatively the clutch arrangement with handle is provided for bringing the barrel into desired position for loading and unloading. The reduction gear-box, electric motor are cover, to protect from the dust.

Barrels can be constructed in stainless steel, mild steel, rubber lined mild steel and wood in various capacities.
