The main tank consist of vapour compartment, and hot liquid compartment. The vapour compartment consists of heating zone. The outside surface of tank is insulated with insulating materials covered with m.s. sheets.
The heating zones are provided with bottom heaters to transfer the heat efficiently.
A quick opening main hole is provided at the bottom lid with drain valve.
The condensing zone is provided with water cooling coils made of coper pipes withinlet, A water cooling jacket is also provided on the outside to get the efficient condensation of the vapour. A condensate collecting trough is provided to catch the condensate, and deliver the same to the water separator.
A water separator is provided to separate the water from the condensed solvent and to return the pure solvent to the heating zone. A separate valve is provided to collect the condensate outside, when the solvent is distilled.
ELECTRICALLY HEATED DOUBLE CHAMBERED LIQUID & VAPOUR TYPE TRICHLOROE THYLENE DEGREASING PLANT
A control panel is provided consisting of automatic thermostatic controls for heating zone as well as to OFF the while plant when there is failure of water.
A control panel consists of magnetic contactor, digital temperature control. R.Y.B. indicating lamps and complete with internal wiring. The electric supply is required of 400/440 volts, 3 phase 50 cycles A.C. supply.
All the interconnecting piping, valve, etc. are provided. A lid is provided to cover up the top, when the plant is idle.
EXHAUST SYSTEM CONSISTS OF:- M.S. double ductings, m.s. condensing chamber with exhaust fan which can be provided at an extra cost.
