Plating Barrels :- Oblique type as well as fully immersed plating barrels in various capacities.

Plating Vats :- Tanks for various plating processes. Tanks lined with rubber, lead and plastic sheets in various sizes. Plating tanks with wooden frame insulators, anode cathode rods with connections.

Chrome Vats :- Tanks, Lined with antimonial lead, fitted with efficient lip type fume extraction and exhaust fan.

Anodizing Plant :-

1. Consists of lead lined tank with lead colling coil, plastic exhaust system.
2. Electropolishing tank with vertical Cathode moving arrangement and with  exhaust system.
3. Dyeing and scaling vats.

Centrifugal dryers :-Electrically heated centrifugal dryers for drying small wet articles.

Filter Units :- For acid and alkaline plating solutions in various capacities.

Semi Automatic barrel plating plant :- Consists of various processing tanks, plating barrels and mechanized trolley with haist for lifting and transferring the barrels.

Exhaust fans :- Fabricated from mild steel as well as p.v.c in various capacities.

Fume extraction system :- Consists of hood or lip type extraction with connecting duct work and exhaust fan in mild steel as well as entirely in p.v.c. plastics.

Dust extraction unit :- For polishing lathe, consists of hoods, duct work and dust extraction unit.

Fume Scrubber :- For pickling process, with hood type extraction system, neutralizing chamber and exhaust fan entirely fabricated from plastic sheets.

Air agitation unit :- Rotary air unit, complete with air receiver and agitation pipe for bright nickel solution and ancillary solutions.

Cathode moving arrangement :- Horizontal as well as vertical type cathode moving arrangement.

Polishing barrel :- Horizontal as well as oblique type polishing barrels in various capacities.

Centerless polishing Machine :- Centerless polishing machine for polishing and buffing of rods and tubes.

Idler back stand :- Floor type as well as bench mounted idler back stands for endless emery belt grinding for polishing lathes.

Trichlorethylene Degreasing Units :- In various sizes.

Other equipment :- for hard chrome plating and re-coppering of printing rolls.
